• Where is the store based?

  Platteville, WI

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this moment in time, I am only comfortable shipping stickers outside of the US. With the import fees associated with many countries, and not being educated much on those policies, I am not comfortable selling keychains outside of the US at this time in order to avoid and complications due to unexpected fees on part of the buyer's country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  Most orders are shipped out within 1-4 days of the order being placed. School schedule can affect the time I have to get to the post office!
  PLEASE NOTE: If your order doesnt arrive in two weeks (domestic) or four weeks (international) please let me know. There have been a few issues with packages getting lost or returned damaged in the mail, and I want to be aware if this happens so we can work out a solution! <3

• Where can I contact you if I have questions?

  You can send an email to [email protected]! Please make sure to include in the email title what the issue is so it catches my attention! I get a lot of emails from other circumstances and want to make sure I don't miss yours!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
